WESTBOROUGH, Mass. — The final week of February is highlighted by several town events, including an anti-bullying program made possible by an anonymous donation.
Rachel's Challenge, which takes its namesake from Rachel Joy Scott, the first victim of the Columbine school shootings, will be Feb. 28 and March 1.
Age-appropriate programs will be presented to students in school, and a town-wide program will be conducted as well.
