WESTBOROUGH, Mass. -- The bright neon umbrella lighting up One Research Drive is going dim. Travelers Insurance is closing its Westborough office in the building it shares with the University of Phoenix. The move is expected to affect 120 employees.
Westborough Town Manager James Malloy informed the Board of Selectmen at its Tuesday meeting that his office was notified recently by Travelers, which is consolidating its operations in Danvers and other locations out of state.
