WESTBOROUGH, Mass. – Marie T. Boire of Westborough died Jan. 29 at her home. She was 76.
Boire was born Sept. 13, 1936, in Philadelphia to Paschal and Paula Imri Libonati. She was married to Gabriel Boire. She worked as a medical secretary at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester prior to her retirement.
A communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church, Boire was a member of the Red Hat Society and was a resident of Westborough since 1965.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Christopher P. Boire, of Westford, Mass.; two daughters, Anne Marie Boire, of Woonsocket, R.I., and Deborah A. Boire, of Boulder, Colo.; three brothers, Dr. Joseph Libonati, of Baltimore, Atty. John Libonati, of Fort Washington, Pa., and Francis Libonati, of Wyncote, Pa.; four sisters, Dr. Margaret Leahy, of Philadelphia, Paula Schumann, of King of Prussia, Pa., Joanne Stevens, of Palmyra, N.J., and Elizabeth Shala, of Corvallis, Ore.; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, at Britton-Summers Funeral Home in Westborough. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Friday, at St. Luke the Evangelist Church in Westborough. Burial will follow at St. Luke's Cemetery.
