WESTBOROUGH, Mass. — It was a busy week for Westborough police, who made six arrests from Feb. 15 to 21.
The following are the arrests, courtesy of the Westborough police log:
- A 13-year-old was arrested on charges of assault and battery at 5:46 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, police said.
- Rosildo Santos, 34, of Hudson, was arrested on charges of open and gross lewdness after he allegedly attempted to order food from multiple Westborough drive-through restaurants while nude, police said. Santos was taken in to custody at 12:43 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 17.
- William Earley, 43, of Sterling, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at 5:41 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, police said.
- Oscar Hernandez, 29, of Ashland, was arrested after a motor vehicle stop for going 77 mph in a 45 mph zone, according to police records. Hernandez was arrested and charged at Westborough District Court on counts of speeding, operating with a revoked license, possession of ammunition without licensing and OUI, police said. He was taken into custody just after 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
- Jose Encarnacion, 28, of Milford, was a passenger in Hernandez's vehicle and was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, police said. He was taken into custody just after 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
- Jeffrey Bartlett, 42, of 8 E. Main St., Westborough, was arrested on charges of a parole violation at 11:53 a.m. Thursday, police said.
