WESTBOROUGH, Mass. — Friday was a rough day for Westborough stores, as two separate arrests were made for alleged attempts to steal baby formula.
- Selena Ham, 27, of Manchester Conn., was arrested on charges of shoplifting formula from Target.
- Dung Pham, 38, of Worcester, was arrested on charges of larceny over $250.
- Neil Felizberto, 26, of Tiverton, R.I., was arrested Friday Jan. 25 on a "failure to appear" warrant.
- Charlie Vegas, 26, of Worcester, was arrested Friday for operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
- Edward Testa, 49, of Brookfield, was arrested Jan. 28 on charges of larceny over $250.
