WESTBOROUGH, Mass — Thomas Orlando of Warren Street in Westborough was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and hit and run after leaving the scene of an accident, Westborough police said.
Two arrest warrants were also issued, police said. Eric Taboh was charged with marked lanes violations and following too closely, police said.
Renato Barbosa was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, police said.
