Westborough Police: Suspect Arrested In Target Shoplifting

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. — A 25-year-old man from Worcester was arrested after allegedly concealing $60 worth of merchandise in an attempt to shoplift from the Target in Westborough, police said. 

When apprehended by police Friday, Jan. 11, Vencenzo Brancaccio gave officers a false name, police said. He was also arrested on a warrant on charges of scamming a local church, police said. 

Barancaccio was arraigned at Westborough District Court on Friday and held on $1,000 bail.
