Westborough Youth Basketball Association (WYBA) is seeking coach applications for grade 4 boys and girls, as well as grade 5 girls travel basketball teams for the 2012-'13 season.
WYBA enters teams in the inter-town select travel MetroWest league. This program is separate from the Westborough Recreation Department basketball program. Travel players are encouraged to play both recreation and travel basketball. With tryouts right around the corner, WYBA is hoping to fill these coaching vacancies by the end of the month.
If you are interested in coaching at the A level, please submit your coaching application via the website or download the form which can be found in the left navigation area of the website. Applications can be emailed to the WYBA secretary, Ed Garrity. The deadline for application submission is Monday, Oct. 1.
We strongly encourage coaching candidates to read the WYBA mission and bylaws available on the website to become familiar with the goals and expectations of the organization. For more information, please reference the website or contact any WYBA board member.
