Crash Shuts Down US-22 East In PA After Tractor-Trailers Collide (Developing) A stretch of US-22 East in Dauphin County is closed Tuesday evening, July 28, after two tractor-trailers and a passenger vehicle crashed during the recovery of an earlier incident, PennDOT said. The crash happened near mile marker 237, just outside Dauphin Borough near the Mini Statue of Liberty, according to PennDOT spokeswoman Fritzi Schreffler. A tractor-trailer involved in an earlier incident was being recovered when another tractor-trailer jackknifed into it.
