A man was seriously injured after falling from the Capital Beltway in Maryland on Sunday night. Emergency crews were called at around 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 13 to the area of Stoneybrook Drive and Beach Drive in Kensington, beneath the I-495 overpass, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson Pete Piringer said. Four fully vaccinated Pennsylvanians have tested positive for measles — the first breakthrough cases identified during the state’s ongoing outbreak, health officials said Friday, Sept. 12.
